bandwidthd software package provides Tracks usage of TCP/IP and builds html files with graphs, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bandwidthd
bandwidthd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bandwidthd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bandwidthd *
You will get with bandwidthd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
